Salvatore is responsible for driving operational efficiency at the properties in the Savitt Partners portfolio.

With extensive knowledge of building management and systems, Sal manages the day-to-day operations of several premier Manhattan properties, including 11 West 19th Street, 499 7th Avenue, 218 West 40th Street, 1385 Broadway, and 530 7th Avenue. He joined Savitt Partners after serving as operations manager at 530 7th Avenue.

Before joining 530 7th Avenue, he spent three years as a New York City police officer. Earlier in his career, he was a network engineer at Con Edison Communications, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of voice and data networks for clients around the world. Prior to that, he worked for AT&T and for Deutsche Telecom, where he managed each company's New York data operations centers.

A licensed real estate salesperson, Sal has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the College of Staten Island City University. He is pursuing a real estate broker's license and a certificate in property management.

An avid sportsman, Sal spends his free time hiking, hunting and fishing. He lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., with his wife and two children.
