As Senior Managing Director at Savitt Partners, Nicole Goetz serves as Leasing Agent for several buildings in the company’s portfolio, including 530 Seventh Avenue, 218 West 40th Street, and 1385 Broadway.  She brings a diverse mix of experience to her positions with a strong background in project management, product development, media traffic management, and construction contract review.  Nicole is a full-service building agent, managing all aspects of leasing including negotiations and lease executions, tenant activity, marketing, and annual budget forecasting.   

Nicole earned her BSBA degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA focused on economics and business in the arts from the University of Nebraska.  She is a certified yoga instructor, enjoys travel both for personal enrichment and humanitarian efforts, and is an active member of a number of charitable organizations, as well as being a sponsoring mentor of Women for Women International and a New York Hope Partner of the Bowery Mission.
