Over his career, Bob has taken a highly strategic approach to acquiring and managing properties that carefully takes into account repositioning opportunities as areas of the city develop and change character. As a tenant representative, Bob has advised clients in all types of business. Going beyond basic brokerage services, Bob takes a partnership approach, working not just to solve short-term real estate challenges for his clients - but to offer guidance in creating the flexibility needed to accommodate their long-term operational objectives.
After college and a short stint on the professional tennis circuit, Bob began his real estate career at M.J. Raynes, Inc. Before founding Savitt Partners, Bob was president of Kaufman/Adler Realty, a New York-based commercial real estate services firm and president of The Adler Group, Inc.
Bob is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization. He is a founder and board member of the Garment District Alliance, a non-profit organization. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the Board of Directors of the City Parks Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the College of Wooster, Emeritus, his alma mater.
Bob lives in Greenwich, Conn., with his wife and three children.
