Marc Schoen represents both tenants and owners and is responsible for marketing the properties in the Savitt Partners portfolio. With a proven track record of facilitating leasing transactions that meet market conditions, Marc taps his extensive network to help clients find the right buildings in the right neighborhoods. He also works with owners to reposition buildings to attract premier tenants.
Before joining Savitt Partners, Marc was senior managing director at New York-based real estate firm Hunter Realty. There, he served as a tenant representative, facilitating leasing transactions for clients in the fashion, film, advertising, financial services, home furnishings and textile industries, where he began his career more than 35 years ago.
Marc's career started in the fashion industry, working for one of the largest women's apparel manufacturers, Jonathon Logan. He later opened a sales company that represented a major trucking and distribution company specializing in the transportation and warehousing of fabrics for the apparel, home furnishings and textile industries.
Marc has been quoted on real estate issues in local, national and trade media, including Crain's New York Business, Real Estate Weekly, The Fashion Mannuscript and the New York Post.
When he is not in the office, Marc can be found on the links and tennis courts. He and his wife live on Long Island and have two children.
