Knowing that fashion businesses and creative media agencies have unique real estate needs, Michael Schoen utilizes his understanding of the culture and brand values of each of his clients in order to match them with showrooms and offices that truly represent their aesthetic vision.

Michael Schoen blends his expertise and relationships in the fashion, advertising, entertainment and other industries with an intimate knowledge of the midtown and downtown markets to help clients find the right space for the business.

Before joining Savitt Partners, he was an associate director at Hunter Realty, a New York-based real estate firm. Prior to that, Michael worked as a personal assistant to music executive and fashion mogul Damon Dash. In this position, Michael established a substantial network of relationships in the creative arts industry.

Outside of his real estate work, Michael is a singer and songwriter. He has performed in several bands throughout New York City. He lives in New York City with his wife.
