An accomplished real estate broker with expertise in office leasing, Elliot represents a wide range of tenants throughout New York City.

Through hard work, honesty, and loyal clientele, Elliot has developed a well-earned reputation as a true professional who can be counted on for practical market advice.  These skills have allowed him to rise to a Senior Managing Director role in a short period of time.  His clients include P/Kaufmann, Inc., C. Castle Group, Domaine Select Wine Estates, Fresh Planet, Colangelo Public Relations, Sparks Marketing Group, Aboulafia Law Firm, Marathon Strategies, among many others.  He also serves on the leasing teams for 499 Seventh Avenue, 1010 Avenue of the Americas, 142 West 36th Street, 234 West 39th Street, and 160 East 56th Street. 

Prior to joining Savitt Partners in 2009, Elliot was a Director at Bloom Real Estate Group, a boutique Madison Avenue commercial brokerage firm.  Earlier in his career, Elliot spearheaded a start-up real estate firm that provided commercial and residential real estate services.

Elliot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, where he was the head manager of the men's basketball team.  He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is an active participant in the Community Action School Career Day, an executive committee member of The Rogosin Institute Fund Raiser & Golf Outing, and a supporter of Only Make Believe, Ascent School for Autism, and The Binghamton Fund.
